If you cancel your order before our team has started drafting your CV, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once a draft has been prepared and delivered to you, the order is considered in progress. Refunds at this stage are evaluated case by case — please contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your situation before requesting a refund. We will always try to fix quality issues with a free revision first.
Once the final approved CV (and any add-ons such as cover letter or LinkedIn rewrite) has been delivered and all included revisions used, the order is considered complete and is non-refundable.
