When you order a CV from Talenty, we collect the personal and professional information you submit through our intake form: your name, email, phone number, city, age, employment history, target role, industry, skills, tools, certifications, and any CV file you upload. We also collect basic order details such as the package you purchased.
Your information is used to write and deliver your CV, cover letter, or job recommendations, to communicate with you about your order (via email and WhatsApp), to match you with relevant job opportunities as part of your own job search, and — with your consent — to consider you for relevant remote job opportunities that Talenty sources directly.
Before generating your CV, we send a one-time 6-digit confirmation code to the email and phone number you provided. This confirms your contact information is real and belongs to you, and helps us prevent fraud and abuse of our free-CV offer (for example, one person claiming multiple free CVs under different names). We do not use this code for any other purpose.
Your data is stored securely in our order database and internal client database. Uploaded CV files are stored only as long as needed to complete and review your order. We keep a record of your email and phone number to recognize repeat orders (e.g. to apply free/paid pricing correctly) until you request deletion. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties — your information is only ever used to help with your own job search and placement.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or at hello@talenty.shop. You may also withdraw consent to be contacted about future job opportunities at any time.
